If you complete our renewal form online (below) we will call you back to confirm all details, policy start date and take further payment. No cover is in force unless you are specifically advised by CIA Insurance Services by telephone, letter or email.
Is my policy automatically Renewed?
No. If you complete our renewal form online, your policy does NOT automatically get renewed. We won't start cover until payment is taken (where applicable). We also need to issue a new cover note
I urgently need to renew - what should I do?
We will endeavor to make all renewals as quickly as possible. However, we recommend that for urgent renewals, you call our renewals team on 0870 225 3016 (lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 2pm.)
